Bughe Rhoda Nsen was born in 1976 in weh, Menchum Division. Rhoda holds a bachelor and a master degree in Microbiology. She received a female scientist award in 2001 during her undergraduate study. She was awarded a PhD in Fisheries in 2017. Her specialty is Microbiology and domain of research is food safety and disease control through antimicrobial and probiotics. Rhoda is a lecturer in the department of Biological Sciences, Higher Teacher’s Training College, University of Yaounde 1. Rhoda is careful, creative and self-motivated person. She is the pioneer PhD. Student and the manager of the food safety laboratory of the Biotechnology center Nkolbisson, University. Rhoda is very responsible. She coordinate lab activities both social and academia. She knows how to keep a peaceful environment and manage conflicts among students. She is also good at boosting the morals of down casted people. Rhoda is not only a very good person but she is also personally delightful. She is as comfortable with herself as she is engaging, pleasant and humorous. She is God fearing, honest and live a life of integrity. She is an accomplished singer and scientist, both of which she does with passion.
